Hello
my friend

I’m so glad you’re here.

My path to becoming a holistic coach began with my own journey through burnout, self-discovery, and healing. I believe every experience leaves us with wisdom — and I’m here to help you reconnect with yours.

My purpose

One of Buddha’s core teachings is that “We suffer because we forget who we are.”

This is one of my favourite quotes — and one that holds many layers of truth. We arrive in this world as light: pure, open, and filled with love. But as we move through life, our experiences begin to shape us.

In moments of pain, betrayal, trauma, loss, or abandonment, we instinctively build emotional shields — protective layers that help us endure. These layers serve their purpose. They help us survive. But we often continue to carry them long after the moment has passed.

Like a thick jumper worn to protect against the cold, these emotional layers stay on — even when the sun returns. Over time, what once protected us begins to weigh us down. Without realising it, we begin to feel the weight: anxiety, stress, reactive emotions, unhealthy habits, recurring patterns… and perhaps most profoundly, a quiet sense that something inside us is no longer in harmony.

My purpose is to guide you on a journey of gentle rediscovery — to help you become aware of these layers, and begin peeling them back, one by one.
Not with force. Not with pressure. But with presence, compassion, and deep respect for where you are.

Together, we’ll uncover the vibrant, whole version of you that has always been there — just beneath the layers, waiting to shine.

Coming home to myself

My journey into coaching didn’t begin with a career choice — it began with a quiet knowing.

Like many, I followed the path I thought I was meant to: the corporate job, the performance, the achievement. On the outside, I was doing well. But inside, I felt disconnected — from myself, from my joy, from life.

A series of life changes, including deep personal loss, became the catalyst for my transformation. In the stillness that followed, I started to see more clearly. I realised I had spent years trying to fit into a version of life that didn’t feel like mine.

That was the beginning of everything changing. As I reconnected with my truth, I also rediscovered my calling: to hold space for others on their own path back to themselves.

For you, from me

Healing & Emotional Transformation

I know what it feels like to be stuck — to seem fine on the outside while quietly carrying so much within.

I’m here to walk beside you. To hold space without judgment. To help you gently peel back the layers that no longer serve you and guide you into alignment with the life that truly calls to you.

This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about remembering who you really are — and reconnecting with your inner strength, wisdom, and light.

Each session is a conversation, a partnership, a gentle unfolding of your truth.

Holding space with you

Every person I work with brings something unique — and every session reflects that.

I blend intuitive guidance, holistic coaching, and grounded presence to create a space where you can explore, feel, release, and realign.

Sometimes I draw on tools like energy work, intuitive insight, or spiritual wisdom — but only when it feels right for you.

Most of all, I show up with compassion, deep listening, and unwavering belief in your ability to heal and transform.
